This topic is a topic i will recommend for every Nigerian who goes about their daily hustle without a proper plan. we all have various ways on how we start and end our day. Some of us have very good days and some also have bad days, but in all we should all strive to have good days no matter the situation we find ourselves except when some certain situation we encounter are beyond us. in this post i will like to share how i begin my day and how i end it. we all know how one of our popular musician in Nigeria starts his day from the song "ifneibaga" LOL( Laughing Out Loud). But that is just by the way. After a very nice sound sleep for about 6-8 hours I wake up with so much energy that i kneel down and have some meditative time to myself. I reflect on how my day going forward will look like. I always try to incorporate some fun activities in-between when i plan my day so that i don't feel bored and restless.
First things first for you to have a pretty good day when you wake up you first:
Give Thanks to your maker who has given you the life you need to do the days work or task that you you need to execute. Be in the mood of thanks and praise, that is what i do in the morning before i leave my room to do any other thing.
Exercise Make sure that you do a little bit of exercise for about 15 minutes to help your mental focus for the day. You can run, brisk walk, yoga or do what ever exercise that will get you heart pumping. the kind of exercise i do are more of the difficult kind because i am on the muscular side.( smiling for my 6-PAC abs).
Meditate on how the day will look like you will need have a personal reflection of what to do and how to go about it. think of the task or the job that you have at hand that you need to deliver to your clients. I Try and make my meditation reflect on all my days task. my To-do list for the day must all be at achieving my goals for the day. For example if you want to learn something new, lets say a chapter of a course with total understanding of what that chapter says you set target for that particular chapter to be completed for that particular time.
Pen down your thoughts For those that can not remember what they meditate all they have to do is just get a jotter where they pen down their already pre-meditated thoughts down so that they dont forget what they ought to do during the day.
Focus on the goal for the day Your already penned down thoughts are what you need to work on for the day. place them where you know you will always have an eye on them so that you work on them and achieve the set goal for that plan.

Conclusion
After i successfully carry out the task for the day what i do at night is that after i have a bath and eatjust to reflect over the days work at night. that way i get to see the areas where i made progress and where i lagged behind so that i can be able to plan better for the next day.
