A lot of us here in Nigeria will be wondering how they can
top up their spectranet internet data once their current or ongoing data gets
exhausted. But not to worry as spectranet has made provision for that. As long
as you still remain in that duration of your one
month internet subscription before your data gets used up.
To top up your spectranet 4G LTE data after it has been
exhausted, all you need to do is to go to the selfcare centre where you can by
yourself recharge your account online before you activate the data for 1gig which
has a price of N500. Go to the selfcare centre URL http://www.selfcare.spectranet.com.ng
then enter your user ID and password.
Then click on the sign in button. When you are logged in
scroll down a little below to where you have the top up current plan.
After you click on the Top Up: current plan, it will take
you to another interface where you will see the available balance in your top
up account. The price for top up in spectranet by default is N500. Click on the
part where you have top up and above it Action to proceed to the next page.
The next page will show you that your account balance is
insufficient so you click here from the number one option if you want to make
payment through the interswitch webpay online payment or you can choose the
second option if you have a payment voucher from spectranet that can be used to
activate your account. But for the purpose of this tutorial we will be using
the first option as a guide to go about toping up your data plan using
spectranet.
Next page will show the area where key in the amount that
you want to pay for the top up before you will be directed to the interswitch
webpay site where you will now fill in your payment details for your site.
Enter your amount and then click on submit.
Click on submit and then you will be redirected to the
interswitch webpay interface where you will fill in your payment details, click
inside the little icon and agree to the terms and conditions then click on proceed.
After your payment
has been verified you will then be redirected back to the spectranet selfcare
interface where your top up will automatically be activated.
Please note that this only works as long as u have not
exceeded the one month data plan you subscribed for.
